RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Unsealed or otherwise altered items cannot be returned. The General Terms and Conditions apply to your delivered products. You can find more information about returns in our Cancellation Policy.

Please do not send items back to us without postage (freight collect). The cost of this service is considerably higher and we will deduct this fee from the amount to be reimbursed.

Make sure that your address is clearly legible and be sure to enclose your order number (e.g. a copy of the invoice).
